In this short Q&A video, Alison discusses her experience of the programme, mentoring, training and assessment. Alison, whio joined e-Q’s teacher training programme after having already had a successful career in broadcasting, also discusses her route into teaching and how she continues to find it a rewarding profession.
Alison completed her training year at Mulberry School for Girls in London, where she has continued her employment into the ECT year. On behalf of all at e-Q, we thank Alison for sharing her teacher training story with us.
