eQ’s Initial Teacher Training Director Tracey Maloney was recently invited to join SecEd, as a guest for their podcast episode, focussing on Classroom Behaviour.

teaching staff to support with behaviour management in the classroom, including strategies for an ‘in the moment‘ behaviour toolkit.
Tracey was invited to the podcast to share her insight into classroom behaviour and its place within the e-Qualitas Teacher Training curriculum; during the podcast conversation Tracey discusses the importance of understanding classroom behaviour within the lens of each subject and how a school’s behaviour policy might apply differently from one subject to another.
