e-Q Primary alumna Masooma shares her Year 3 classroom display for Black History Month (pictured below).
Masooma, who gained her QTS in July 2023, is currently in her ECT year at Lathom Junior School in London, where she completed her teacher training.
“For Black History Month, the year 3 class focused on 1990s, looking at the work of Benjamin Zephaniah as a year group and Lois Mailou Jones individually within my class. Children painted and researched about BHM and brought their work into school.”
