Recently our new cohort of Equalitas trainees came together at Ark Globe for the 2025 ITT August Conference: the very first step in their journey to becoming teachers.
Watching the room fill with excitement, nerves, and a sense of purpose reminded us of all of you, our alumni. Whether it’s been one, two, or three years since you began your training with us, we hope this short video takes you back to that moment when your own teacher training journey with us began.
From induction to QTS, and now into your careers as ECTs and beyond, you remain an important part of the Equalitas community.
We wish you every success for the academic year ahead, and we hope this little look back sparks some fond memories of how it all started…
As always, we would love to hear how your teaching careers are progressing, so please do feel free to share your latest news and updates with us via EQalumni@e-Qualitas.co.uk.
Best wishes, from all at Equalitas.
